The serene garden setting and the delicious buffet breakfast made our stay delightful, especially the special preparation of milk rice for us early in the morning.

missingWrote a review on Nov 12helpful staffslow check-inroad maintenance
The staff were happy enough to open the pool bar for us.
My experience was marked by some frustrating issues. First, the check-in process was slow, as I had to resubmit my information after providing it in advance. there were maintenance works that caused disturbances, which we weren't warned about beforehand. The road leading to the hotel also needs reconstruction, detracting from the overall experience.

The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful lakeside view provided an ideal setting for relaxation. Service was highlighted by the attentive staff, especially during meal times, where the freshly grilled fish stood out as a favorite. the room cleanliness was concerning, with visible stains on towels and insufficient attention to hygiene. a persistent sewage odor in the bathroom significantly detracted from the experience. These issues overshadowed the otherwise pleasant stay.
